VAT
VAT is value – added tax and is charged on all UK & EU orders at a rate of 17.5%. All prices shown on this site and in store include Vat. Privacy Returns If any products are purchased and are found to be faulty or of a substandard condition then we would either exchange them or offer a refund. The cost incurred for the return of any product is the clients responsibility, unless they were delivered in error. Colour Dye Batches & Samples Shade variations may occur. When looking for curtain fabrics where a specific dye batch is required it is recommended that a stock cutting be requested as this would have a batch number on it. Carriage Charges This is a flat rate of £9.50 per delivery for UK destinations. (including VAT @ 17.5 %) For other items on the site you are requested to contact us to arrange for delivery, as these are dependent on delivery area and quantity.

We at Making Tracks are committed to protecting the privacy of all our clients. We will not pass on any information supplied to us to any other company or individual.
Any of our contractors that have access to client information in order to carry out their work are not permitted to use the information for any other purpose.
All made to measure or special order products cannot be returned if the measurements or
details supplied by the client are found to be incorrect as these are all specifically made.
If the error is found to be on our part then we would do our up most to rectify the problem.
All products must then be returned to us within 7 days of receiving them. If the products are to be returned to us by post it is recommended that a recorded delivery is used.
We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost during the process of being returned to us.
All designs and colours of fabrics, blinds and poles shown on this site show only an indication of the true likeness. For a better indication please request a free of charge sample.
This number would need to then be quoted at the point of order as this would then allow you to order fabric from the same batch.
On certain products such as Roller, Wood slat, Venetian and Vertical blinds specific delivery charges apply; a carriage charge will therefore be added to each order.
You are required to contact us to arrange for any deliveries outside of the UK.
